häberlein & mauerer welcomes Universal Resorts

Munich, January 30, 2012 – häberlein & mauerer is pleased to welcome the Maldivian hotel group Universal Resorts as another new client of its growing Tourism Team in Berlin. The budget comprises three resorts of the owner-managed enterprise Universal Resorts – Kurumba Maldives, Velassaru Maldives and Kuramathi Island Resort. As of the beginning of 2012, the Team headed by Senior Consultant Eva Filzek is responsible not only for continuous press liaison work and PR (including brand cooperation arrangements and trade fair support for the three resorts), but also for project work in connection with the 40th anniversary of  Kurumba Maldives and for social-media activities in the German-speaking world.

The five-star Kurumba Maldives resort on North Malé Atoll was the first hotel on the Maldives and is celebrating its 40th anniversary in 2012. Velassaru Maldives, located in the north of South Malé Atoll, features clear architectural lines and a laid-back ambience that attract a modern target group. Kuramathi Island Resort, with its untouched natural environment, plays a proactive role in conserving the local underwater world, and its diversified program for children makes it an ideal holiday destination for families with children.

Acquisition of new customers is a further step in consistently developing the world of tourism experience and adventure at häberlein & mauerer. The team, which already represents the destinations South Tyrol and New Zealand, regards its clients as brands to be built up and expanded with a lifestyle slant.
