  • There are different ways of becoming a part of our team.

    • Interns and student assistants – We are always looking for interns and students to support us. Feel free to send us a speculative application or apply in response to a specific job posting. Please explain in a few words why you are applying for the experiential world you have chosen.We offer internships of three to six months. From the very beginning, interns are integrated into the agency business so that they support their team in all aspects of daily work. That gives them the opportunity to experience different areas of the agency work (within a particular field/experiential world) and gather valuable work experience. In addition, we offer our interns an opportunity to rejoin us as trainees after graduating from university. We make a point of remunerating our interns. Alternatively, it is possible to support our team as a by-the-hour student assistant during your academic studies.
    • Entry level employees – “Volontär” and trainee – For entry-level employees without a university degree, we offer a one- to two-year “Volontariat”. During this time we transfer substantial basic knowledge about working in an agency. For university graduates we offer a one-year trainee programme. We see it as a training-on-the-job programme, integrating you in all areas of our daily business and additionally supporting you with our own training programme. You are also assigned a mentor as a direct contact for all your questions relating to your work, the agency, as well as your individual training and advancement options.
      At the end of a “Volontariat” or a traineeship we usually take you on as a permanent employee.

  • You absolutely can. We check unsolicited applications against our current needs at the location you applied for. If there is no matching job opening at that time, we are happy to add you to our pool of applicants and contact you once we have an appropriate job opening.   • It is best to send us your application via email to jobs@haebmau.de with the following documentation:

    • Letter of application– Introduce yourself and use the opportunity to convince us that you are the one. Tell us why you want to work for häberlein & mauerer and why you are the right person for the position you want to fill. Since it is so important to us to find employees who have a passion for the topics we service, please describe your experience with or affinity to the experiential world you are applying for. Please also state your target salary, the earliest possible entry date and, for speculative applications, the location you prefer.
    • CV – Please send us a detailed CV. We would also appreciate a photo of you.
    • Academic records – Please mail us at least two to three up-to-date academic records and/or references from past employers.
    • Work samples – In the first step, please only send us selected work samples, if you have them. 
    • Confirmation – After we receive your application, it usually takes three days before you receive a confirmation of receipt. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us.
    • Selection process – After initial screening by human resources, all suitable applications are forwarded to the respective department and team contacts. Here they are checked in detail and the selection of candidates for a first phone or personal interviews takes place. Since we check your application very thoroughly, we ask you to have a little patience. Human resources and the other staff involved try their best to keep the selection process as short as possible and give you feedback as soon as they can.

    After the personal meeting, the remaining process is carried out in coordination with your interview partners. If your application does not match the requirements for the vacant position, we check the options of employing you in one of our other teams or adding you to our pool of applicants for future job openings.
